We can provide services to NDIS Self Managed and NDIS Plan Managed participants. To learn more about eligibility for NDIS funding please visit the NDIS website.
You may wish to see your GP or Paediatrician to see if you are eligible to use a Care Plan such as the Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP, previously known as the Enhanced Primary Health Care Plan - EPCP) or the Better Access Initiative (Mental Health Care Plan). Both of these Care Plans enable you to claim a partial rebate from Medicare for a set number of sessions.

You don't need a referral to access the services provided by Kidlife Therapy Services when using private health insurance, or self-funding. You should contact your private health insurance provider to check what rebates they offer, quoting one of the following the item numbers:
