At Kidlife Therapy Services we value your time, our time and the services we provide. When you make an appointment at Kidlife Therapy Services, that time is reserved exclusively for you and your child. We schedule our resources and staff time to that appointment, and whilst we understand that a cancellation may be unavoidable, when clients do not turn up to scheduled appointments or we receive late notice, we are unable to offer this appointment to another family or make alternate plans for that time period. 

 

You may cancel or change your appointment without incurring any fees, as long as you give us at least two days notice. Text appointment reminders are sent to families 72 hours before scheduled appointments to allow sufficient time to cancel an appointment if needed.  When you receive this reminder, if you are aware that your child will be unable to attend the scheduled appointment, please contact your therapist straight away.

 

The following cancellation fees apply:

 

Early Cancellation (cancel before 48 hours of the appointment): No fee

Late Cancellation (cancel with less than 48 hours notice): 100% of session fee

 

Missed Appointment/No Show (child was not at the location of booked session) : 100% of session fee
